At the heart of this vision is founder Stan "Yarra" Yarramanua - a proud Wathaurong man, internationally recognized artist, musician, actor, social worker, entrepreneur and above all, a tireless community advocate.
Marloo Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to create long-term, sustainable employment pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Australia. Proudly 100% Indigenous-owned and operated, our leadership brings more than 90 years of combined experience in delivering real, community-driven outcomes through culturally grounded employment initiatives.
Since our formation in 2011, we've reinvested profits directly back into the organisation to strengthen our mission. Each solution we deliver is personalised, supporting individuals in finding meaningful employment suited to their skills and aspirations.
